If you cannot keep an appointment, 24-hour notice is requested. An office-visit charge will be incurred for appointments missed without notice.
We do our best to respond promptly to emergency situations. Please call as early in the day as possible if such a problem arises. Should the office be closed, the doctor’s home phone number will be provided for your convenience.
We are happy to provide evening appointments for our patients. Due to their popularity and so that we may serve everyone fairly, we have developed a special policy, and we ask for your cooperation with this. For patients requiring multiple appointments, we ask that one daytime appointment be scheduled for every two evening appointments. Also, should a patient break two evening appointments without prior notice, any future appointments must be scheduled during daytime hours.
